Good grief..it only took me 2 weeks of every night uploading 1478 pictures to my Kodak Gallery album. That's what I get for using my fancy-schmancy new 8 mega pixel camera. The photos turned out great, but the files are ginormous! It takes forever and day to upload. At least they are all labeled so I will know what the heck I'm looking at! :)
Now that the pictures are squared away it's time to start my trip report...yet another daunting task. Who knows how long that will take...probably another 2 weeks...scratch that, better make it 3 weeks. Since I've got a long weekend trip to NYC in early November, I'll lose 4 days of trip report writing, but hey, it's the "Mega-Musical" weekend to NYC...3 musicals in 3.5 days!
And thanks to a friend at work I have now been "turned on to" Facebook...good grief that thing can suck you into the black vortex...as if I don't have enough distractions with trip reports looming, online photo albums and trips to plan. Oh, yes and of course there is that little thing called work, that occupies 7.5 hours of each weekday...Thank God for weekends.
My goal is to get the start of my trip report posted in the next day or 2...wish me luck!
