Wow! Where does the time go? I'm thrilled to be saying in less than 2 weeks mom and I will be jetting our way to France!
Apartment reservations, car service pick-ups, cooking class, wine tasting, and most importantly the Friday and Saturday dinner reservations in Strasbourg and Paris have been made!
Pre-packing rituals began last weekend and now I can relax until the time comes to actually pack the suitcase!
I've been checking the weather forecast and fretting if our warm southern blood will be able to tolerate the cold December France temperatures, but we've got warm coats, gloves, hats and scarves and of course there is always the option to pop into a cafe to warm up with a coffee or glass of vin chaud!
Let the French Fa La La La La-ing begin!
